A few things that help resolve issues faster:
Include your OpenCart version. Extension compatibility matters and "OC3" covers a lot of ground.
Describe what you expected vs. what happened. "It doesn't work" is hard to debug. "I click Save and nothing changes, no error message" is something I can work with.
For purchase issues, include the email address you used at checkout. I can look up your order from that.
Lost your download link? Tokens expire after 48 hours. Email with your purchase email and I'll send a new one.
Response time: I typically respond within 1–2 business days. I'm in the Pacific time zone and I run a shop, so early morning or evening responses are common.
